Phil Rozier
Managing Director

Initially focused on software design, mastering the creation of automated platforms. Transitioning to material testing and laboratory work, he quickly gained management experience. As the fifth employee of a leading UK environmental services business, Phil excelled in project management, commercial growth, and people management. Phil's early successes included opening multiple regional offices, creating award-winning Health and Safety Schemes, and developing sales strategies that expanded the business internationally. By 2008, he joined the Board of Directors of the Lucion Group, where he influenced the development of proprietary software that revolutionised business processes and facilitated the acquisition of complementary businesses. 

In 2018, Phil became CEO, succeeding the founder. He completed a management buyout (MBO) in 2019, taking the business into private equity. Under his leadership, the company made six more acquisitions and achieved over £50M in annual revenue. Phil adeptly navigated investment strategies, rapid growth, and the global pandemic. 

Now, Phil leverages his extensive experience to help other businesses achieve their goals. He works with owner-managers and advises private equity-backed companies. As a founder of Reyna, he shares his modern, relevant expertise, making business processes easier and more enjoyable. Phil's leadership and innovative approach continue to drive success.

Adam Mead
Executive Director

Adam is a distinguished professional who graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a BA (Hons) degree in 2003. He launched his career in the UK retail sector, where he honed his skills in people management and operational profitability within a dynamic environment. In 2006, Adam made a strategic move to the Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance sector, joining Lucion as its sixth employee. Starting as a trainee, he quickly mastered the technical aspects and rose through the ranks to join the Board of Directors, significantly contributing to the company's ongoing growth. 

Over 18 years, Adam was instrumental in transforming Lucion into the UK's leading environmental consultancy. His leadership and strategic vision helped drive both organic and acquisitive growth. Adam's ability to integrate multiple acquired businesses, clients, and staff has cemented his reputation for bridging the gap between strategy and operational reality. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), he excelled in enhancing operational value and improving organisational performance. 

Adam's belief in the power of people in achieving business success is evident in his hands-on approach with clients and teams. As a founder of Reyna, he is dedicated to sharing his wealth of experience to help other businesses reach their goals, ensuring the journey is both enjoyable and successful. His unique philosophy of “well done is better than well said” underscores his commitment to delivering innovative, actionable strategies that drive business performance and growth.

Phil's journey to becoming the CEO of a leading environmental services business, along with Adam's move to becoming COO, highlighted the importance of practical, actionable strategies in achieving business success.
